Returns Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

• All purchases of gold jewelry are final.

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference.

2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is received damaged during shipping.

• The item has a manufacturing defect.

To qualify:

• You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order by emailing jvgoldjewelry22@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/authenticity certificates included.

3. Return Approval Process

• Once your request is received, our team will review the case and determine eligibility.

• If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• We strongly recommend using USPS Priority Mail with insurance and tracking.

• J&V Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• Custom-made or personalized jewelry.

• Items that have been worn, altered, resized, or damaged by the customer.

• Sale or clearance items.
